  • MG Properties acquires Ovation at Gatayn Park in Richardson

    • ​California-based real estate investment firm MG Properties has acquired Richardson apartment complex Ovation at Galatyn Park, according to a news release issued by the company.

    • This is the first investment MG Properties has made in Texas, per the release. The complex offers several floor plans and amenities, including a fitness center and an arcade

    • MG Properties has complexes in California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington and more.​
